Spencer groaned as the sun burst in through the window making it known that a new day had started. He wondered
how the sun could dare rise again, just as if everything was normal. Did it not know that Katherine was gone? She
He rolled back on his head, staring at the ceiling. He rubbed his hand across his face and remembered the continuing
scene at the hospital.
Annie and Lisa left not long after. Linda retreated to her corner after ‘meeting’ Alistair. And Alistair, he left
as well. He apparently couldn’t ‘handle’ the loss and went home. Spencer stayed awhile, visiting Katherine’s baby.
Baby Girl Walker
identified her. He realized that it should be changed to Baby
Girl Crane even though in his heart he wanted it
to read Kaslynn.
He wanted her to be his daughter, their daughter. But Katherine had explained that she was pregnant before
they were together, so he knew that wasn’t possible.
He tried to force his body to sleep again but it was hopeless. He decided to go back to the hospital and see if

"About the doctor. His behaviour. Making jokes, acting strange." she continued.
"Yes. I remember that. He was very strange." Spencer agreed.
Linda paused for a moment, "Do you think...do you think that maybe something happened to Katherine? I’m just

"Well, what if something happened? What if he wasn't...well? Can we do something?" she asked.
Spencer was confused.
"What do you mean, Linda? Do you want to sue him?"
