This takes only a couple of minutes, and is really
3/4 cup coarse-grain Dijon-style mustard
2 tablespoons cider vinegar
2 tablespoons honey
1 1/2 teaspons hot pepper sauce
Whisk together all ingredients until they are thouroughly
combined. Store in the refrigerator in a tightly covered jar.
You can make the mustard sweeter by using more honey,
or hotter by using more pepper sauce or by adding cayenne.
