6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
8 oz. cream cheese, room temp
1 apple, diced
1/2 cup crushed walnuts
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. In a small bowl, mix cream
cheese, apple, and walnuts. Cut chicken breasts along side lengthwise, forming a "pocket" in the chicken.
Stuff with cream cheese filling, baste with butter, and season with salt and pepper. Bake for 50 minutes, and VIOLA!!
