Laffin's No Crust Cheese Cake

5- 8 Oz.packages cream cheese-softened
1 teaspoon flour
1/2 pint heavy cream
1 teaspoon vanilla
3/4 cups sugar
6 egg
1/2 lemon (juice of)

Cream together cheese and sugar. Mix in eggs 1 at a time. Add vanilla & heavy cream and mix. At very low speed, add flour and lemon juice.

Put in spring form pan. Place that pan in another pan with 1 inch of water.

Bake @ 400 for 40-50 minutes (top golden). Turn oven off and open door. Leave cake in for 15 minutes. After that, then remove from oven and leave in the water to cool (approx. 2 hours).

Refrigerate and eat. Calorie free and delicious!!!!

Serving Ideas: Lattes or Starbucks coffee.

NOTES : The water in the pan should be 1 inch with the spring-form pan in it. The latch can be released at time of serving; open carefully.
