April 4th, 2000
Yes, today is that day. The much awaited Phantom Menace will
be making an appearance in my home. It is held high atop a lofty pedal, closely followed by WWF wrestling. My family
is so smart. Ugh ugh ugh.
So, I'm still on a teeny work vacation. My email server is still down at the new doll place and the technicians
are ready to commit Hari Kari (or however you spell that) as thay can't get ahold of the people who run the server.
I am planning on taking this evening off. I'm going to go home, clean house, and then settle down with my book.
Of course (this being Monday afternoon and not actually Tuesday, I write these a day in advance) I shall be watching
Ally McBeal with baited breath to see if she pulls a "Dallas" and wakes up from a dream to find Billy
in the shower. I am still morose over last weeks episode.
Not too much has been happening here in Freelance Writer land. Just your same 'ol, same 'ol. I've got about 10
minutes to go here at the office so I thought I had better get my journal out of the way lest I forget you tonight.
Now, if you'll excuse me, it's time to start packing it in and call it another AMAZING Monday complete and done.
See you on Wednesday. I'll wear a carnation so you recognize me.
