Daytime Emmy Nominations
NEW YORK (Hollywood Reporter) - CBS and its soap opera "The Young & the Restless" led the nominations on Wednesday for the Daytime Emmy Awards, which will be bestowed April 28 in Hollywood.
CBS received 59 nominations in all, the most of any network, when the list was announced live on ABC's "The View," which garnered a bid for best daytime talk show.
ABC received a total of 37 nominations, PBS earned 31, and NBC picked up 20. Syndicated programs gathered in a total of 46 nominations.
