				from TV Guide Entertainment Network: Fish and Cage decide to see a therapist (Fred Willard) together. Jackson (Taye Diggs) and Ling represent a woman who fired all of the men in her company. Kelly Lynch and Fred Willard guest star in an episode that pits Renee against Jackson (Taye Diggs) in a courtroom showdown that's a real battle of the sexes. Lynch plays an attorney who's being sued for discrimination after firing all of her male employees. Although Jackson recognizes her obvious guilt, he presents a provocative case, which includes making props out of his opponent, Renee, and his co-counsel, Ling. Jackson also causes strife between Mark and Elaine, so Ally intercedes. Meanwhile, the bickering Cage and Fish meet with Dr. Harold Madison (Willard), a therapist who comes off like a caricature before providing some insight into the partners' problem. Fish and Cage are bickering over everything, so they decide to see a therapist (Fred Willard) together. Meanwhile, Jackson (Taye Diggs) and Ling represent a woman who is being sued for firing all of the men in her company. Ally tries to play peacemaker between Elaine and Mark.
